You have been selected to conduct the election of Executive Board Officers in accordance with the CFTOA Constitution & Bylaws and Robert's Rules of Order.

Save Nomination Results

Save results after each open office's nomination window is closed. This locks the current nomination record for election preparation. Nominations can be opened again later, then saved again before voting.

Step 4

Prepare For Secret Ballot Voting

Announce: Today's election of Executive Board Officers will be conducted in accordance with the Colorado Fire Training Officers Association Constitution and Bylaws and Robert's Rules of Order. Voting will be conducted by secret electronic ballot. While voting participation may be displayed during the election, individual ballots remain confidential and will not be disclosed.

Election ballot controls will use the accepted candidate list. Nominations remain stored until Reset Election is intentionally selected.
